I am new to the Stafford Methodist circuit having been seconded from the Baptist Union of Great Britain as an Authorised Minister to work alongside my Methodist colleagues in the Stafford circuit. I have been an ordained Baptist minister for 25 years and was originally ordained as a Peripatetic Special Needs Pastor. My heart and ministry experience is in the area of caring and compassionate ministries, reaching out to hurting, needy and vulnerable people in our communities, to share the caring and compassionate heart of our amazing God.
I have been an NHS chaplain in the area of learning disability and older adults with mental health needs and dementia.
I have also been a director of a Christian charity;
minister and founder of achurch for people with learning disabilities;
minister to two Baptist churches;
as well as working for an American special needs mission spending time working in Philadelphia.
An eclectic ministry background brings me to this new ministry opportunity in the Stafford
Methodist circuit and I'm excited to see how God will use my experience to encourage and strengthen the work of God in this area. It is a great privilege to work with a lovely leadership team here in the Stafford Circuit.

I am married to Kath and we have four grown up children, three in-law children and four grandchildren. Kath and I have been in ministry together for the past 30 years. We love spending time with our family; walking and being in the countryside; the North(!); and some time soon I
will begin my model railway!
